Well established organisation within the food & beverage sector is recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Manager to join their team in Singapore.
Job Description
The Real Estate Manager will be partnering closely with the business & branding division to identify the real estate requirements across the different brands. This role will ensure that the real estate plans are aligned with the strategy, evaluate the leasing contracts & obligations, comparison & analysis of market data and prepare recommendations/proposals to the leadership team. This includes participation within the project teams to oversee the project completions and development of capital budgets for leasing & construction.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Degree in real estate, building management or related discipline
- Significant years of experience in sourcing of new sites
- Exposure within the food & beverage /retail sector
