Job Description



  • Client Management:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
    • Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
    • Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information on features, benefits, and pricing.


  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in luxury real estate.
    • Provide clients with insights and advice on market conditions and property investments.


  • Sales and Negotiation:
    • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing deals.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and rental agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
    • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers with professionalism and precision.


  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings, together with the Marketing Manager.
    • Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to reach a wider audience.


  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with accuracy.
    • Maintain thorough and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:



  • Education and Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury sector.


  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.


  • Licensing:
    • Valid real estate license in Singapore.
