Job Description



  • Keep the Quality Management System effective, following company's guidelines and certification standards.


  • Handle Data center certification strategy and plan for audits.


  • Perform internal audits to meet internal and global standards.


  • Coordinate external certification audits as per the plan.


  • Maintain a central database to track issues and improvements found in audits, identify the causes, and ensure timely resolutions.


  • Work to bring different management systems under one Integrated Management System for better efficiency and certification compliance.


  • Continuously update instructional documents for the QMS.


  • Keep the document management system organized and up to date.


  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality.


  • Assist the Senior Director of Quality & Accreditation with regular reporting and management reviews.


  • Help other departments maintain high-quality standards and support them with client requests and audit

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder or equivalent professional experience in Data Center industry
  • Strong knowledge of management systems and related certifications in Data Center
  • 5 years+ of relevant experience in quality management.
  • Ability to work well in an international team environment.
