We are seeking a Quality Assurance Contact Centre professional for our Customer Service Department in the Transport & Distribution industry, based in Singapore. This role involves reviewing the quality of calls and channel operations processes.

Job Description

  • Overseeing day-to-day channel operations in the contact centre
  • Monitoring and evaluating customer service representatives' performance
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
  • Conducting quality assurance audits
  • Collaborating with team leaders to drive process improvements and identify root causes of process inefficiencies
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints
  • Implementing effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Assurance Contact Centre should have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Business or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or customer service or contact centre role
  • Proven track record in quality assurance and team leadership
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
