Job Description

  • Lead and manage the quality assurance team within the technology department.
  • Develop and implement robust testing strategies and processes.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance QA processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Automation Lead should have:

  • A solid background in quality assurance or software testing within the financial services sector
  • Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework
  • Experience leading and managing a team of QA engineers.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
