Job Description

  • Analyze, design and implement technological solutions for Salesforce CRM processes in alignment with business requirements
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in both technology and functional aspects related to Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing banking systems
  • Evaluate and optimize Salesforce CRM workflows, proposing and implementing process improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external vendors, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular training session for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce CRM tools and systems
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of requirements on both sides
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting and provide post-implementation support for Salesforce CRM solutions
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure the implementation of robust security measures for Salesforce CRM systems

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in a finance, or IT related discipline
  • Proven experience in a techno-functional role within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on Salesforce CRM
  • Good understanding of Salesforce CRM processes, and related regulations
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies, such as Salesforce CRM platform
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in the banking sector
  • Project management experience, including leading and execute initiatives from conception to completion
