My client is a Singapore-based international property consultancy firm that offers specialised technical guidance for asset enhancement projects, catering specifically to private equity clients and property investors.

Job Description

  • Collaborating with clients to identify optimal strategies for real estate asset improvement projects
  • Leading design and construction activities to ensure alignment with client goals and standards.
  • Working closely with consultants and contractors to address technical project requirements.
  • Reviewing permits and operational documentation to verify regulatory compliance.
  • Preparing internal project documents to ensure smooth project governance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder in Real Estate/ Property/ Facility Management/ Architecture or equivalent.
  • 1 year+ experience in property consultancy side.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's development control and regulatory approval processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
