About Our Client

My client is an international contractor who specializes in design, construction, maintenance, and upgrading of post-tensioned and cable-stayed structures across various sectors, including transportation infrastructure, buildings, and industrial facilities.

Job Description

  • Advise the client on potential issues impacting project outcomes, including sustainability and post-project considerations like maintenance.
  • Manage the flow of information between the Project Director and project team..
  • Support the preparation of budget estimates for project deliverable.
  • Assist in formulating work plans and budgets for all project activities.
  • Upon project initiation, help manage financial, human, and informational resources to ensure robust project management.
  • Ensure project deliverable are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Identify and address potential obstacles, barriers, or unanticipated risks.
  • Assist the Project Director in planning, monitoring, and evaluating procurement and contracting processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in project development.
  • Proven expertise in bridge projects, particularly with erection works utilizing specialized equipment (e.g., Launching Gantry, Lifting Frame, viaducts) and post-tensioning systems.
