Job Description

  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end project scope, governance, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify operational pain points and redesign processes and system workflows
  • Convert customer feedback, complaints analysis, and journey data into actionable enhancements that improve service quality
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align priorities and resolve obstacles.
  • Uphold regulatory, risk, and compliance standards across all project activities; maintain comprehensive documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in service improvement project management within the financial services industry.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or project management.
  • Related project management certifications will be advantageous.
