Job Description

  • Drive the design, documentation, and delivery of advanced material handling and warehouse automation systems.
  • Capture, define, and manage system requirements across the full project lifecycle.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation including specifications for systems and subsystems.
  • Support on-site commissioning and testing, coordinating multi-disciplinary resources to ensure smooth handover.
  • Collaborate with customers, project managers, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with project goals.
  • Identify and manage technical risks, promoting safety, sustainability, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering (or related).
  • At least 3+ years of experience in design, delivery, or commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of system design, material flow, and throughput concepts.
  • Experience in cross-disciplinary environments (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, and Software).
  • Hands-on exposure to commissioning, testing, or system integration.
  • Knowledge of programming, databases, or reporting/analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
