Job Description

The Programmatic Enablement Manager will help level up the company's programmatic offerings through education and enablement of clients and sales team, deep technical experience, data driven analysis and decision making, and a desire to roll up your sleeves and collaborate to get stuff done. The role will focus on 1) supporting a variety of programmatic relationships (advertisers, marketers, ATDs, SSPs, and DSPs) and 2) monitoring the connection between the platform and the other programmatic systems (SSPs and DSPs), both in order to ensure the company maximizes revenue and keep customers happy. The ideal candidate will have programmatic experience at a publisher, agency, or ad tech vendor, will thrive in a fast moving and fluid industry and company, is equally adept at building and maintaining internal and external relationships, has deep operational experience, and has a demonstrable history of using data to drive decisions.You Will:

  • Educate clients on the company's programmatic offerings
  • Enable our Sales team to sell programmatic product
  • Day to day management of overall programmatic activity - setups, monitor, troubleshoot performance and delivery of all campaigns
  • Analyze fluctuations in spend across platforms/devices, categories, deal types, ad formats, DSPs, agencies, and brands, among other things
  • Producing and managing documents such as process workflows, client performance reviews, business intelligence, and other documentation as needed
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting on revenues and trends related to automated trading and analyze data to help shape the company's offering and ensure we are ahead of the curve
  • Work with cross functional teams - CSM, Ad Ops, Pricing, Product, Strategic Planning, Finance, etc. wherever required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 7 or more years of experience in Digital advertising with 4 or more years in programmatic focused roles
  • Highly comfortable in a client facing environment, with proven experience of driving client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
  • A deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, with a heavy focus on programmatic platforms, services, technology and processes
  • Experience in understanding and setting up processes with cross functional teams
  • Proficiency with/advanced knowledge of Excel. Strong analytical approach and ability to work with large data sets, determine trends/patterns
  • Excellent prioritization and quantitative skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to wear many hats and adapt to changing business demands
  • Passion for video gaming and live streaming
  • Having a mix of both, agency and publisher side experience is advantageous
  • Experience w/ Tableau is advantageous
