Job Description

  • Supervise daily production operations to ensure timely delivery and top-quality output
  • Monitor safety, discipline, and 6S practices on the production floor
  • Lead and motivate assemblers and team leaders to meet performance targets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
  • Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Support company programs and foster a culture of safety and accountability

The Successful Applicant

  • Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 6S and quality systems (e.g., ISO13485, GMP)
