Job Description

  • Develop and manage financial products to meet client needs and market demands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance product knowledge and performance.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to optimise results.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on product performance and strategies.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide expert advice on financial products.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Specialist should have:

  • University graduate in Business, Finance, IT or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant product and/or system experience in the life insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in financial services.
  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
