Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Drive brand awareness and customer loyalty for strategic products
  • Organise and conduct product training for customers and distributors
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to clients
  • Track and report on sales performance and market activities
  • Collaborate with Regulatory and Marketing teams on product launches and lifecycle management

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology or related field preferred
  • Experience in medical device sales or clinical support
  • Experience in Orthopaedics or similar specialties is an advantage
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and product adoption
  • Strong presentation and training skills for clinical users and distributors
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
