The role covers pre-sales, solution design, quality assurance and post-deployment support, ensuring scalability and alignment with product strategy. It translates customer needs into technical solutions, coordinates stakeholders and drives continuous improvement in an energy-focused SaaS/IoT or enterprise environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the link between product development, sales, and customers to ensure solutions meet client needs and align with product strategy.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise, prepare proposals, demos, and presentations, and support project delivery from pre-sale to post-deployment.
  • Solution Design & Customization: Translate customer requirements into technical and functional specifications and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and QA checks, identifying and resolving product issues with development teams.
  • Documentation & Coordination: Maintain product documentation and coordinate meetings and communications between stakeholders.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from clients and delivery teams to enhance product offerings and drive standardization and scalability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Prior experience in energy-related projects; familiarity with SaaS, IoT, or enterprise solutions preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product architecture and solution design.
  • Structured thinking and logical approach to solving complex challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with stakeholders and teams.
  • Skilled in productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and passionate about technology and contributing to innovative products.
