About Our Client

Our client is an established fund manager across multiple asset classes and investment platforms.

Job Description

- Support negotiations related to legal affairs, tax affairs, etc with regulatory agencies, internal and group affiliated companies, etc. - Support for planning and composition of various investment schemes such as foreign investment trusts and LPS (Investment Limited Partnership)

- Support for the formation of private placement bonds and marketing activities using financial derivative products for specific investors such as institutional investors and high net worth individuals

- Preparation of documents and materials including operational reports and translation of documents to investors

- Managing local and overseas clientele communications and requests, handling External Asset Manager (EAM) clients whilst managing their investment portfolio and asset allocation, host investor event operations, management of fund cash flow, prepare statutory books and arrangement of audits and liaison with auditors.

- Keep track of portfolio companies updates from 3rd party news sites like Bloomberg, etc that required to be translated and provided to clients in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Field of Study: Banking & Financial Investment

- Minimum 3 years' experience related to financial product development at securities companies, banks, etc.

- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive, Zoom

- Seeking those who are highly motivated to absorb knowledge and likes to challenge oneself and be a team player at all times.
