You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks for product and feature releases, ensuring alignment and transparency across business units through regular stakeholder engagement and roadmap prioritization. It also involves end-to-end program management of key initiatives, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and the development of training and documentation to support successful delivery.

Our client is one of Singapore's largest and most established retailers, operating a wide network of supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, and food courts. Beyond retail, it also manages supply chain operations, digital platforms, and loyalty programs, driving innovation and efficiency across both physical and online channels.

Job Description

  • Design and implement governance structures for product and feature launches to production and public release.
  • Monitor weekly progress and manage intake of new items for roadmap consideration and prioritization.
  • Facilitate roadmap prioritization sessions to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with product leads to maintain centralized knowledge databases.
  • Oversee execution of key initiatives from start to finish, with ongoing progress tracking
  • Ensure alignment across teams on project goals, deliverables, and responsibilities.
  • Enforce project governance standards with thorough documentation and record maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 7 years of project management experience delivering omnichannel products/services, involving collaboration with both business and technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, CPM, CSPO, CGEIT, or equivalent
