About Our Client

Our client is one of the leaders in providing fibre optics solutions to enable a smart nation. They are looking for a Product Manager - Optical Fibre to look into developing new products and innovate to drive internet connectivity for their users. They have a hybrid 1-day WFH policy and good work life balance. Their office is located in the East of Singapore.

Job Description

The Product Manager - Optical Fibre will need to be a superb communicator to work with and influence with stakeholders across different seniorities, both internally and externally. You will need to be experienced in working with fibre optics. You will also need to have good Product Management skills and you will be responsible for the end-to-end product cycle, ensuring a quality product.You will be given a lot of autonomy and empowerment in the role. You will need to be hands-on and self-motivated and be able to drive complex needs into actionable requirements.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • 3 or more years' of experience in the product management within telco working on fibre optics
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders across seniorities and functions
  • Quantitative and analytical skills; make good data-driven decisions
