Job Description

  • Lead business development activities in SEA countries by building and nurturing relationships with manufacturers to attract them to the business.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships with nationally recognized testing laboratories.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the insurance industry.
  • Expand technical knowledge to support Technical and Quality teams in delivering services to the company's customers.
  • Maintain professional and technical expertise by attending educational workshops and reviewing industry publications.
  • Identify opportunities to participate in standards development activities in Asia.
  • Participate in scoping, budgeting, contract preparation, testing, data documentation, and other tasks related to third-party product or service certification and research projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical area.
  • 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, business development, new market development and/or project management.
  • Technical knowledge in product testing.
  • Familiar with local or international building safety codes and standards as well as informed on industrial trends.
  • Familiarity with project management skill including technical, financial and personnel management
