Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy.
  • Ensure products meet user needs and business objectives through data-driven decisions.
  • Prioritise and manage product backlogs effectively.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders and teams.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Define key performance indicators and ensure product success metrics are met.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Lead should have:

  • Strong experience in the Technology industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital product management and development, especially in early-stage companies.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
