The Product Director role in the HR Tech/SaaS space is responsible to drive product innovation and strategy. The position requires expertise in product management within a subscription-based SaaS business and a strong understanding of working on enterprise products.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with the organisation's goals.
  • Lead a product team of 4 to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of digital products, from concept to launch.
  • Ensure products meet customer needs and maintain competitive advantage in the Enterprise SaaS industry.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise product outcomes.
  • Track and report on product performance, implementing improvements where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Director should have:

  • Proven experience in a subscription-based SaaS product management within the Technology industry.
  • A strong understanding of digital transformation and product lifecycle management.
  • Prior experience in being a people manager with direct reporting lines.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in analysing market trends and developing data-driven strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
