Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of finance systems and products, from ideation to implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and finance, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Define and prioritise product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in all product developments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering input to shape product strategy.
  • Drive innovation in finance systems by keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in the fintech & ERP sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Director, Finance Systems, should have:

  • Proven experience in managing ERP or finance systems, particularly in the fintech sector.
