Reporting to the Sales Director, the role will focus on driving growth across multiple channels within Singapore's premium residential and commercial segments. The role will be responsible for building relationships, securing new business, and delivering tailored solutions with the support of a trusted brand and technical team.

Job Description

  • Drive sales in Singapore's premium residential and commercial segments
  • Engage architects, consultants, homeowners, and developers to secure new business
  • Prospect and open new accounts through relationship-building and outreach
  • Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and close sales independently
  • Conduct site visits and recommend suitable product solutions
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Represent the company at trade events, product briefings, and client meetings
  • Achieve annual sales targets with full support from technical and operational teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B, B2C, or consultative sales
  • Background in building materials, home appliances, or other technical products preferred
  • Well-presented, self-motivated, and confident in engaging high-end clients
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage the sales process independently
  • Willingness to learn technical product knowledge (training provided)
