Job Description

  • Conduct deep research into digital applications across various categories, analysing competitor features, pricing, positioning, user flows, and product strategies
  • Track industry movements, new launches, product updates, and shifting trends across sectors such as AI, software, productivity tools, and cybersecurity applications, etc
  • Evaluate in-house digital products from an end-user perspective to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop structured comparison frameworks, intelligence reports, and insight decks that guide product and growth teams in decision-making
  • Connect competitor insights to potential enhancements in product direction, feature prioritisation, or go‑to‑market strategy
  • Proactively "think outside the box" to propose new research questions, challenge assumptions, and uncover insights not identified through traditional methods

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong analytical and research skills with experience in product analysis, market research, competitor intelligence, or business analysis
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in exploratory or less-structured environments with evolving priorities
  • Familiarity with digital products, online platforms, SaaS tools, or tech ecosystems spanning multiple application categories
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, growth, and leadership stakeholders
