Job Description

  • Develop and execute global procurement and supplier management strategies
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to drive cost, quality, and delivery performance
  • Establish scalable procurement processes and systems as the company expands
  • Partner closely with supply chain, operations, and finance to align sourcing with business goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing procurement team over time
  • Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities to ensure agility and resilience

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in cost optimization, supplier development, and contract negotiation
  • Experience managing global vendor relationships and multi-region sourcing strategies
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage environment - adaptable, decisive, and execution-focused
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
