The Process Expert role leads the operational delivery of the Asia Cash Management Transformation program, driving process design, business requirements, testing, and change management across corporate cash management and payments. It focuses on domestic payments in China within the APAC region, coordinating closely with regional operations and global teams in Singapore and Paris to ensure timely, high-quality transformation outcomes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the assigned transformation scope, monitoring execution and resolving or escalating issues as needed
  • Contribute to business case development and define action plans, priorities, and project-level decisions within scope
  • Control and track scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality, raising alerts to Department management when required
  • Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, and define, execute, and oversee test cases and testing activities
  • Lead and support change, migration, and testing strategies with operations, ensuring user adoption and formal sign-offs at key milestones
  • Manage interdependencies and ensure process consistency by facilitating workshops, cross-team meetings, and validation sessions
  • Support program governance and reporting by preparing materials for steering, validation, and decision-making committees



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience, including hands-on exposure to payment processing back office operations, particularly cross-border payments.
  • Proven project management experience as a lead or key contributor, delivering complex initiatives end to end.
  • Strong expertise across the end-to-end payments and cash management value chain, including standard operational processes.
  • Solid capabilities in business requirement gathering, process mapping/design, and use case and test case definition and execution.
  • Experienced in user training, stakeholder presentations, and management reporting within transformation or change programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in international, multicultural environments, managing stakeholders across regions.
  • Highly analytical, structured, and results-driven, with strong communication skills, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset; experience with Huateng Payment Engine (CPG) is an advantage.
