Job Description

  • Identify client requirements and design comprehensive solution offerings
  • Influence stakeholders at the client's C-level
  • Drive end-to-end solution adoption
  • Bridge the gap between client feedback and the R&D team to ensure solutions meet customer needs and security requirements
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals
  • Perform customer presentations
  • Participate in business negotiations and contract signings

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial risk management
  • Strong background in KYC/AML requirements
  • Familiar with security principles and mobile security solutions
  • Knowledge of protocols like OAuth, FIDO, or IFAA
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (this role needs to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking associates).
  • Capable of working with offshore teams
  • Effective multitasking and performance under pressure
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness to travel for work
