Job Description

As a Pre-sales Engineer, your responsibilities include:

  • Participate in sales calls and prospect visits, providing product demonstrations in person or online, and working with prospects at both a technical and business level to show how the company can address the client's business needs.
  • Possess demonstrable skills in customer-centric selling and a proven track record using it to help drive revenue
  • Participate as a technical resource at trade shows and conferences
  • Work independently and as a vital member of a sales team
  • Work with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches to develop business
  • Ensure successful on-site and remote product evaluations (POCs) and post-sale installations when necessary

The Successful Applicant

As a successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field with excellent communication skills. You will have at least 3 years of experience working in a pre-sales role and experienced in domains such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, SIEM tools, or Managed Security Solutions.
