The PMO role is vital to the Technology department, providing support and ensuring smooth project operations. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of project management principles, good communication skills, and strong organisational acumen.This is 1 year agency contract role - renewable.

Job Description

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects

· Knowledge of project financials management

· Resource loading management in scenarios of onshore, offshore projects.

· Update detailed project plan to track progress

· Project status report deck creation

· Client internal document creation

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

· Ensure data entry to various project measurement systems for measurement

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

The Successful Applicant

· Bachelors in Economics / Technology / Finance / MBA

· Atleast 6 years PMO Experience

· Knowledge of Banking project

· Hands on with power point and excel modelling skills

· Product Experience: Sales force, CGI, Finastra, SWIFT ISO, Bancs, Oracle Core Banking (Deposits), FIS (Lending)

· Hands-on in workflow-based projects

· Experience in Process Re-Engineering / Consulting Projects

· Understanding of agile / scrum

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· PMP / PRINCE II / Scrum/ Agile certification is good to have

· Experience in Complex Program Management is good to have
