Job Description

  • Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and performance reporting cycles
  • Perform variance analysis and prepare insights for regional and headquarters reporting
  • Develop financial and operational models to support analysis and optimisation
  • Design and maintain dashboards and management reports using modern BI tools
  • Conduct market and industry research to support strategic and management reviews
  • Maintain and enhance internal process platforms, including workflow improvements
  • Support performance tracking and evaluation of external vendors and partners

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management or process-related roles
  • Strong exposure to financial planning, forecasting and management reporting
  • Experience contributing to business process improvement or digitalisation initiatives
  • Solid understanding of structured, process-driven environments
  • Hands-on capability with Excel, PowerPoint and business intelligence tools
  • Experience working with enterprise systems, collaboration platforms or automation tools
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders
