Job Description

We are seeking support for the rollout of a new payroll and time tracking platform, covering Workday, ADP, and an integrated time management solution. The scope includes end‑to‑end delivery across system setup, integrations, testing phases, parallel payroll cycles, and post-go‑live support.

  • Oversee the implementation of payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR platforms
    • Business and functional requirements, solution design documentation
    • System configuration and test scenarios/scripts
    • Integration specifications and data mappings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse payroll requirements.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during the payroll transition period.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of payroll system functionalities
    • Completion of two parallel payroll validation cycles
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for end-users on the new payroll system.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of payroll processes and system configurations.
  • Address and resolve any payroll-related queries or issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Implementation Specialist should have:

  • Practical implementation experience with leading payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors or similar) in Singapore
  • Strong understanding of local statutory and regulatory requirements, including CPF, IRAS/Auto‑Inclusion, SDL, SHG, applicable levies, and PDPA
  • Proven experience integrating HRIS, time & attendance, and benefits platforms
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Parallel payroll execution and validation
  • Development of user training materials and delivery of knowledge transfer sessions
  • Creation of operational procedures, controls, and handover documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
