About Our Client
Our client is a well-known F&B, a retail conglomerate with a significant amount of chain outlets around Singapore, with a global presence around the globe. They are currently looking for a payroll and rewards manager to take charge of the core daily operations within the department, alongside initiating and improving existing reward and compensation schemes.
Job Description
The success of the role would be measured on the below:
- Preparing and processing the full cycle of the full-time payroll
- Reviewing timesheets and records submitted, and providing guidance when necessary
- Develop, evaluate, and propose comprehensive and successful reward strategies in efforts toward the retention of staff
- Keeping in touch with market insights to understand the latest rewards programs and reviewing internal organisations strategy
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years or more working experience within the payroll function, with exposure to rewards, compensations, and benefits
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- Experience in an F&B-related company would be a strong plus
- Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent with data and a number-oriented individual
