Our client is a leading Payment Services company providing a one-stop digital payment solutions for merchants and financial institutions to accept a comprehensive suite of payment methods in emerging markets across Southeast Asia. As part of their growth, there is now an opportunity for a rising star to join their team as Payments Risk Manager.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, the Payments Risk Manager will be involved in the following :-

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks that could impact the company's business operations, financial performance, or reputation.
  • Investigate and analyse fraudulent transactions to identify patterns and improve prevention measures.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities within the payments ecosystem.
  • Monitor emerging risk trends and industry best practices to stay ahead of potential threats.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, the potential Payments Risk Manager should meet the following criteria :-

  • At least 8 years of payments risk experience.
  • Strong knowledge about payment services and cross border payments.
  • Excellent communicator with strong inter-personal and influencing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
