Job Description

  • Oversee and track the full lifecycle of invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance to proactively resolve aging invoices and blocked payments.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor and third-party service provider communications to facilitate payment reconciliations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in related field
  • Atleast 1 year of experience within payment operations/accounting roles
