Job Description

  • Lead efforts to expand and strengthen local partner channels, ensuring broad market reach and effective customer engagement
  • Empower partners through structured programs aligned with business strategy covering policies, product knowledge, solution training, and competency certification to elevate their sales and service performance.
  • Identify and distribute business opportunities through partners, support customer engagement, and provide ongoing process and resource support to drive growth.
  • Oversee partner processes and proactively manage conflicts to maintain healthy collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to incentive policy design and ensure partner feedback is incorporated to safeguard the business interests and foster long-term trust.
  • Prioritise partner experience by addressing their needs promptly and making agile decisions to support their success.
  • Implement quality assurance, compliance, and credit control measures in line with ecosystem policies to mitigate risks and uphold business integrity.

The Successful Applicant

  • More than 10 years experience in channel distribution within the cloud computing related industries.
  • Strong understanding on cloud product knowledge and able to answer technical questions related to the value of the product.
  • Has proven strong relationship with channel partners.
  • Successfully implement channel partner cooperation strategies to empower and inspire partners
  • Able to run projects and solve complex problems
