Job Description

  • Shape the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) process, ensuring it aligns with broader business and corporate objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and redesign the OTC process
  • Act as the key decision maker for all process changes, enhancements, and technology deployments impacting OTC, working closely with the Corporate Control team.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Control and Internal Audit to embed strong internal controls within process design
  • Define and manage a standard set of performance measures and KPIs to monitor process health and outcomes.
  • Review performance data to uncover root causes of delays, inefficiencies, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Lead ongoing improvement efforts and digital transformation initiatives
  • Build strong, trusted partnerships across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, Operations, and Business Units to secure alignment and sponsorship for process changes.
  • Work closely with GBS Service Delivery teams to oversee day‑to‑day process execution and provide expert guidance on complex OTC issues.
  • Drive change management initiatives that support smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, ensuring users are engaged, informed, and equipped for success.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accountancy with minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Shared Services, Business Process Management or related fields
  • Proven knowledge of the retail industry with strong familiarity in upstream processes across B2B, B2C and omni-channel operations
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale cross-functional business transformation initiatives
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.
