About Our Client
Our Client is a prominent retail MNC that is a public listed, market leader in the consumer products industry. They aim to provide easy and high-uality solutions for everyday needs to consumers. With increasing demand and new business ventures, they are currently looking for a Order Fulfilment & Logistics Team Lead to assist them and contribute in this area.
- Arrange and oversee all distributor's order management from order receipt to despatch from origin warehouse and direct shipments from factories & or subsidiaries.
- Review 3PL performance & 3PL budgets and continually explore ways to minimise 3PL costs to the business, without impacting service standards to their customers.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Manager, Planning, Distributor Managers & Marketing on sourcing requirements/ contracts for freight (Import/ Export & Local) & with packaging & raw material providers.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a relevant Degree in any relevant field and have significant years of related working experience in Order Fulfilment or Logistics gained from a FMCG/Retail. Basic knowledge of consumer products would be an advantage. You must possess very strong influencing and communication skills to be able to deliver value and advice to clients and stakeholders. Additional knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
