Our client, a global leader in digital advertising and they are currently looking for an Operations Project Manager.

Job Description

  • Lead various projects focused on process automation and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Supervise and oversees a Field Operations team comprising maintenance supervisors/ technicians to carry out inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses of performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect, evaluate and implement new ideas that add value to the business.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Drive change management and ensure adoption of new processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • At least 5 - 8 years of experience in project management, operations/ warehouse management or facilities management
  • Experience with Business Process Management, automation projects and data analytics.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and meticulous in managing multiple project deadlines as well as daily operational tasks.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead discussions to drive results.
  • Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • 5.5 days work/ week
