About Our Client
Our Client is an American MNC in the FMCG industry with multi-billion dollar revenue worldwide. With increasing demand and new product introductions, they are currently looking for an Operations Manager to be an integral part of their business to assist and continue their current growth.
Reporting to the Operations Director, your major responsibilities will involve end-to-end Operations for a regional portfolio. You will be required to execute Supply Chain-related activities and should also have a good knowledge in end-to-end Supply Chain.
- Liaise with Logistics team for inventory management
- Ensure that Demand signals balance with Supply
- Sales forecast analysis - identify opportunities & gaps
- Handle reverse logistics for damaged products
- Order Fulfillment and Order Management
- Process improvement of Operations function
- Putting in place SOP and recommending "Best Practices"
- Ad-hoc projects/tasks
- Developing capabilities of your team of direct reports
The Successful Applicant
You should possess a degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain / Operations. Experience in FMCG sectors will be an advantage. Knowledge in Excel (Vlookup & Pivot Table) and SAP is necessary for the role. Strong communication with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
