Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and drive continuous improvement projects to meet business goals
  • Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and communication
  • Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team to achieve operational excellence
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology
  • Strong background in the Oil & Gas/ Energy and manufacturing sector
  • Proven expertise in managing operations and optimising processes
  • Knowledge of CNC machining and Lean Six Sigma
  • Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and manufacturing practices
  • Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
