Job Description



  • Oversee end-to-end site operations, ensuring targets in safety, quality, cost, and service are met.
  • Lead production, inventory, and supplier management functions with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture and drive accountability across all operational teams.
  • Champion product quality and compliance, managing improvement plans and ensuring DIFOT (delivery in full, on time).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support commercial goals and customer demand.
  • Build a high-performing team culture with strong focus on development and engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in food or beverage manufacturing, with a strong operational and leadership track record.
  • Deep understanding of safety standards, quality systems, and lean/continuous improvement methodologies.
  • A hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution and lead change effectively.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
