Expansion position for Operations Executive
Market-leading renewable energy European MNC
About Our Client
Our Client is a well-established European MNC that is a market leader in the renewable energy industry, with a large global network in Europe, America and APAC. They are constantly reinventing and challenging themselves to keep ahead of consumer demands and remain competitive. They aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally; as part of this commitment they are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to assist them and contribute in this area.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your major responsibilities will involve Order Fulfillment and Operations across the portfolio. This role is slightly administrative in nature.
- Manage and liaise with 3PLs to ensure that shipment is on time
- Liaise heavily with 3PL to ensure that delivery schedule is out timely
- Process orders, raise PO and coordinate heavily with HQ
- Order fulfillment, shipment tracking and inventory management
- Ensure invoice payment
- General support on the Operations team
- Analyse PO and data entry
- Maintain Certificate of Origin (COO) and Shipping Documentations
- Ad-hoc projects/tasks
The Successful Applicant
You should possess a degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics / Order Fulfillment. Experience in Commodities sectors will be an advantage. Strong communication with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
