Job Description

  • Technical Leadership: Mentor team members and guide adoption of emerging network security technologies.
  • Infrastructure Lifecycle Management: Oversee planning and maintenance of platforms including VDI, MFA, PIAM, VA tools, SIAM, EDR/NDR/XDR, firewalls, routers, and quantum-safe networks.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecast expenses, track costs, and identify savings opportunities.
  • Project Oversight: Lead projects to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and efficient resource use.
  • Innovation & Problem Solving: Promote creative thinking and solutions across the team.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate communication among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Talent Development: Support growth and retention of high-performing team members.



The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a strong engineering degree, ideally focused on security and systems management.
  • Knowledgeable in security standards and compliance enforcement practices.
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Skilled in analytical thinking and systematic troubleshooting for technical fault isolation and resolution.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about adopting new technologies and enhancing customer experience.
  • Passionate about system and process automation, with hands-on experience in tools like Ansible, Resolve, UI Patch, and RPA.
  • Experienced in implementing security best practices across physical, virtualized, and cloud-based systems.
  • Preferably certified in CISSP, CEH, Security+, CISA, CCSP, with CCNA or CCNP as a plus.
