Job Description

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, SD-WAN) and security (firewalls, access controls, vulnerability management).
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, optimization, and capacity planning.
  • Conduct network and cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide escalation support.
  • Provide end-user IT support and ensure stable connectivity for retail operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to align network services with operational needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee external service providers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture and changes.
  • Mentor junior IT/network staff and support their development

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; certifications like CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, or CISSP preferred.
  • 7+ years in network engineering, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise networking and cybersecurity across routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, and SD-WAN.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, and network monitoring/security tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; fluent in English and Mandarin to support diverse stakeholders.
