Our Client is a market leader within their industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 30 years. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a Network Engineer to be part of their team.

Job Description

  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for customers' IT network services
  • Handle break-fix tasks, troubleshooting, and identifying issues with network services.
  • Create test cases and perform proof of concept tests on new software and hardware before upgrades or deployments.
  • Serve as Project Lead/Coordinator for small to medium-sized projects or service requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure deliverables, service reports, and operational requests are met.
  • Proficient in working with LAN/WAN/WLAN, including:
  1. Cisco Wireless, Routers, Catalyst and Nexus Switches, Firepower, IPS/IDS, ISE, ASA, ESA, WSA, SMA
  2. Alcatel Wireless and OmniSwitch
  3. Arista Switches and Cloudvision
  4. Fortinet, Checkpoint, SolarWinds NPM/NCM/NTA, F5 LTM, and Aruba ClearPass

The Successful Applicant

  • Manage project deployment for customers' Enterprise IT Network Services.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Capable of taking on the role of Project Lead for projects.
  • Skilled in documentation, including creating and updating detailed solution designs, installation, and maintenance documents.
  • Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests for new software and hardware before upgrades or deployment.
  • Open and manage TAC cases with the principal vendor to resolve complex issues until fully resolved.
