About Our Client
Our client is an alcohol brand owner and manufacturer with presence in US and Asia. Backed by top equity investors, this exciting start-up has aggressive growth plans in the pipeline and has already raised over $100m in funding. The company is a viral brand that captures creativity, great taste and laughter in their products. Since its inception, their products have already penetrated in numerous markets, and they need great sales people to replicate this success globally - with Singapore as a priority market for them.
Reporting to the Director of International Business, you are responsible for achieving the company's objectives in Singapore by driving overall growth and profitability.
In addition, you will also be challenged on:
- Leading and motivating the sales team across on-premise and off-premise accounts
- Creating the business plan for Singapore, and driving promotional strategies across sales locations
- Developing distributor partnerships in Singapore to grow the business both in volumes and sales
- Execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness at points of sale
- Taking ownership of the detailed P&L management in Singapore
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Export Sales or Business Development of FMCG products
- Previous sales experience of an alcoholic beverage brand is a must
- Proven track record of successfully managing a consumer brand in Singapore
- Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
