  • Process and validate client transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain up-to-date client records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address client inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Support the team in meeting service level agreements and operational targets.
  • Prepare and review reports related to transaction processing and account maintenance.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and control frameworks within the banking and financial services sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transfer Agency Ops should have:
