Job Description



  • Deployment & Migration:
    • Setting up and configuring Microsoft 365 environments.
    • Migrating data and user accounts from on-premises systems to the cloud.
    • Deploying M365 services and applications like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Administration & Management:
    • Managing user accounts, licenses, and groups within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
    • Administering Exchange Online for email services, including transport rules and mailboxes.
    • Configuring and managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
    • Overseeing M365 retention policies and data governance.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Implementing and managing security measures, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
    • Configuring anti-spam and anti-malware settings to protect against threats.
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

The Successful Applicant

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • Technical Expertise:Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 product suite, including Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Identity & Access Management:Proficiency with Microsoft Intra ID (Azure AD), on-premises Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Security Protocols:Knowledge of email security protocols
  • PowerShell:Ability to use PowerShell for scripting and automating tasks.
  • Continuous Learning:A commitment to staying updated on new M365 features and best practices through resources like Microsoft blogs and RSS feeds.
