My client is a global F&B brand who is growing their presence in the region and setting up their team here in Singapore. They are looking for a Merchant Operations - Food Delivery who will be responsible for driving customer experiences and growth in their offline and online revenue.

The client is a strong industry leader within the F&B retails space with more than 2000+ outlets globally and is expanding to the region. Page is partnering with them in setting up their team here and we have found success in multiple disciplines.

Job Description

The Merchant Operations - Food Delivery will be owning the online and offline channels of the brand. You will be responsible for the O2O strategies of the brand to ensure seamless offline and online customer experiences. You will also be responsible for the integration of the online ordering platforms and their physical POS systems.

You should have worked with merchants on a marketplace platform or is a merchant on a marketplace previously in SEA and is familiar with the ecosystem here.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • 3 or more years' of experience in O2O operations, merchant operations and/or customer experience optimisation
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders across seniorities and functions
  • Quantitative and analytical skills; make good data-driven decisions
  • Deep understanding of Internet and mobile app ecosystem, experience in managing F&B/retail in an online capacity is a plus.
