Job Description

  • Develop, review, and implement market regulation policies within the media and agency sector.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support regulatory decision-making processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and address industry concerns.
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with established policies and guidelines.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on regulatory matters.
  • Support consumer protection initiatives and policy development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments to inform policy adjustments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in law, business, economics, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of work experience in the telecommunications, media and postal sectors, or related sectors.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate complex regulatory issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in policy development or regulatory frameworks within the media and agency industry is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
